Important Information About Digital Products

All products sold on CDKeysIsland are digital codes for games, software, and subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns once the product key has been delivered and/or activated. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

When Returns Are Possible

  • • The key was never delivered to your email
  • • The key is not working or invalid
  • • The product was not as described
  • • Technical issues preventing activation

When Returns Are Not Possible

  • • Key has already been activated
  • • Product was as described and functional
  • • Change of mind after purchase
  • • Account suspension/ban after activation
  • • Region incompatibility (check before buying)

Time Limit for Returns

You must report any issues within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For non-delivery issues, please contact us immediately so we can investigate before the key is used.

Key Not Working

First, verify the key was entered correctly. Check the platform (Steam, Origin, etc.) requirements. If issues persist, contact support with a screenshot of the error message.

Region Lock

Check the product description for region restrictions before purchasing. We cannot refund keys that don't work in your region unless not clearly stated in the product listing.

Key Already Used

Once a key is activated, it cannot be transferred or reused. If the key was pre-used, we will replace it with a valid one or refund your purchase.

No Email Received

Check your spam/junk folder. Allow up to 15 minutes for delivery. If still not received, contact support with your order number.
