But as the story goes on, the act of wrapping dumplings starts to mean something else... As a Gamejam project, my initial vision for this game was always a short piece. After the competition, I spent a long time editing and revising, only to realize that expanding the plot would severely disrupt the narrative's emotional rhythm... As you can see, the final playtime remains relatively short. We hope to present a complete version on Steam; hence this optimized paid edition exists. A Final Note This is my first time writing a script and creating a visual novel as an artist. The love and predicaments within traditional Chinese families are themes I've been pondering for the past two years, and I really wanted to convey some universal issues through the medium of games.
