The board of directors decided to invite you to the position of CEO in order to solve the accumulated problems. Lead the company out of crisis and prepare for the impending war. Corporations will not miss the opportunity to put you under their control. You will have to sacrifice the independence of the company and take someone's side or become an enemy to everyone. Game Features This is a turn-based economic strategy Each turn corresponds to one quarter and consists of 2 stages: planning and reaction. First, you need to solve all the accumulated problems, and then, with the help of initiatives, plan changes in the company's work. With a complex company structure The company is presented in the form of a unique complex structure of interrelated indicators. They are combined into 5 departments, the effectiveness of each of which is expressed in the form of 6 regular and 2 key indicators, which you can change with the help of initiatives and hired managers. However, be careful, all aspects of the company's work are important, it is necessary to find the balance of financing. In addition, the manager is unlikely to like managing an underfunded department. Non-linear story The CEO must make many difficult decisions, each of which can have unexpected consequences.
